Frequently asked questions
Which cars are compatible?
Electric Peugeot, Citroën, Vauxhall, Opel and DS cars linked to their manufacturer's app. Voltena signs in with the same login details, with nothing to fit in the car.
Voltena shows no charging data
Your manufacturer only shares this data if the car's connected services are active. Check this in its app (here's how to activate them); once they are, allow fifteen to thirty minutes for the figures to come through.
I have to sign in again or redo the SMS code
The manufacturer sometimes revokes access, for example when too many devices are registered on the account. The app tells you and guides you through signing back in: it takes a minute.
Charging didn't stop at the limit
The car must stay reachable to receive the stop command. If it had no signal (in an underground car park, for example), email us with the time of the charge and we'll look at what happened.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Where you took it out. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Voltena. On Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Taken out on the website: email us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
For a purchase made in the App Store or on Google Play, Apple or Google issue the refund: reportaproblem.apple.com or the order page in Google Play. For a subscription taken out on the website, email us.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings › Delete my account. Everything is erased immediately and permanently; your manufacturer account is not affected. Remember to cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play too: it doesn't stop on its own. If you can't access the app, email us from your account's address and we'll do it for you. Details are in the privacy policy.
